RENDERINGS 2

CONCEPTUAL DESIGNS

These renderings were developed in the 1980's in order to explore various form concepts for the very different locations and to capture my thinking on architecture at the time. These early design explorations  were to form the conceptual basis for much of my later work.

The drawings were illustrated using colored ink and pencil.

Color was added with pencil-color, water color and airbrush.

The Lake House is a Jetsonian Design that uses composite construction techniques.
BACKGROUND

The projects include the Lakehouse which incorporated the use of structural composite materials, OverLook which applied panelized metal and stone materials and Oasis - a design for a desert house that embodies the animal and plant life of the region.
