A full service film production facility located on a beautifully wooded site in St. Francisville, LA.
The serene wooded campus, with Class A facilities, will provide the perfect environment for the realization of the most creative efforts of artist and filmmakers who come from around the globe to capture their visions on film.
The 175 acre site will provide ample space for the buildings of the main campus with additional remaining acreage for projected growth and future expansions.
THE FACILITIES
In addition to the company offices, the campus will contain six soundstage production offices, a mill shop, commissary, theater, post production and recording facilities. Future plans include crew housing, star villas, commercial office space, a health club and daycare facilities.
