A Floating Resort/Retreat
The Cypress Retreat Center was conceived as a unique resort and conference center to be located in the extensive wilderness swamp region of the Atchafalaya River Basin in South Louisiana.
The primary floating structures are connected by pedestrian walkways while
many of the guest units are located to provide greater seclusion and access to more remote areas.
WATER ACCESS
The Cypress Retreat will require it's own specially designed fleet of electrically powered boats and watercraft. Certain structures and guest accommodations will be accessible only by water. Many of these facilities can be easily relocated to provide a variety of experiences for guest.
